Having learned all of the tips and tricks of the trade from their early years of working with Gene, Eugene and James founded the company with a mission to create a team of experienced and trustworthy realtors who will always put their clients first. The name Gene Lowe has been synonymous with real estate since the very beginning of his career in 1985. Gene has raised 3 children in Wayne with his wife, Nancy, and now enjoys watching his 6 grandchildren grow and thrive. Gene is one of the most celebrated and successful Realtors in the Wayne area achieving awards that include: Platinum Level Top Producer, Rand Realty Overall Top Producer Award in 2021, The Realty Alliance Sales Award, NJAR Circle of Excellence Awards 1996-Present, Top 1% of agents nationwide, Masters Emerald Award, #2 Agent Nationwide in Units for Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty in 2016, current total sales of over 750 million dollars and counting. Eugene was "raised in a real estate family" in Wayne, NJ where he has lived all his life. After graduating from Wayne Hills High School, he went on to attend the University of Maryland. He graduated in three and a half years with a degree in Neurobiology and Physiology along with a minor in Philosophy and is now a full time Real Estate Agent. Eugene epitomizes hard work, energy and professionalism. He is passionate about the needs of his clients and works tirelessly throughout each transaction proactively addressing details before they become an issue. Eugene has volunteered as an assistant at Johns Hopkins Medical Center as well as being active in the University of Maryland's service fraternity, APO. Additionally, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends especially his fiancé, Audrey, and six nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Wayne, NJ, James has proven to be one of the top agents in Passaic County by the numbers and his exceptional quality of service. His secret and reason for the numerous 5-star client reviews is his transparency, directness, extensive listing knowledge and his ability to keep people and deals on track. James strives to exceed his clients expectations and earns their respect by working tirelessly on their behalf. He exemplifies commitment to hard work and loyalty to his clients through the relationships he builds and maintains with them, even after closing. Prior to entering the real estate business, James graduated from Wayne Hills High School and went on to graduate from William Paterson University with a degree in Management. James then pursued a career selling financial securities, before realizing his true passion was real estate. Having been life-long friends with Eugene and the Lowe family, he decided to utilize the skills he had acquired to help grow what is now, the Lowe Hogan Real Estate Team. James is a New Jersey Circle of Excellence Platinum award winner 2021, Gold award winner 2020 and 2019, bronze award winner in 2018 and Better Homes & Gardens | Rand Realty Tri-State Rookie of the Year in 2018. Danielle was born and raised in Wayne, NJ, graduating from Wayne Valley and going onto graduate from Seton Hall University with a bachelor degree in Behavioral Sciences. During her studies, she realized her passion was real estate, which led her to pursue a masters degree in Business. These experiences provided her with a wide set of skills for a successful career in real estate. Danielle is an experienced listing agent as well as a strong buyers agent. She has experience helping first time home buyers, people looking to relocate, and those looking to upsize or downsize. She prides her success on prioritizing her clients' needs to ensure the best outcome in every type of situation, making the entire process stress-free and easy. Her excitement for real estate is apparent through her hard work, dedication and knowledge of the market, which are also widely acknowledged and respected by her clients. She provides quality service to build strong relationships and more importantly, maintain those connections, well beyond the closing. Simply put, Danielle is invested in her work and her clients. After working for the Brooklyn Nets as a highly awarded sales manager for 25 years, Frank used those successful qualities to shift gears and has taken the real estate industry by storm. In his first year, Frank was awarded Howard Hanna | Rand Realty Tri-State Rookie of the Year and New Jersey Circle of Excellence Gold Award Winner. When you combine Frank’s extensive knowledge of the real estate market and his lengthy experience in sales, Frank’ clients always win. His hard work, dedication and passion for his business has helped Frank’s reputation as a quality real estate agent quickly rise. Frank caters to all of his clients’ needs, whatever it may be, and prides himself of being available at all hours of the day. Frank currently lives in Wayne, NJ and is a proud father of 3 children and husband to his wife, Lisa. Anthony has been an active member of the Wayne community his entire life, having graduated from Wayne Hills and volunteering for the Wayne Fire Department, since 2016. After graduating from Ramapo College with a bachelor's degree in Sociology, Anthony chose to combine his passion for service and his community with his love for real estate. Anthony exudes dedication and commitment to his clients through clear communication and a friendly approach, resulting in his clients’ undivided trust throughout the process. He provides quality service to build relationships with his clients, but more importantly maintaining those relationships well beyond the closing table. In his free time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family and friends, especially his wife, Lisa and 1-year old daughter, Adalyn. Charles Way is a licensed salesperson with Howard Hanna | Rand Realty, working out of the Wayne office. He comes to the real estate industry after spending 20 years in the National Football League as a player and a two-time Super Bowl Champion executive with the New York Giants and five years in the financial services industry. Tyler was born and raised in Wayne, NJ graduating from Wayne Hills High School. He then continued his education at the University of Maryland, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and later received a masters in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University. Having been a previous Futures Trader, Tyler brings his extensive knowledge of finances and efficiently applies these skills to the ever changing real estate market. Tyler greatly values trust and effective communication throughout the entire process, aiming to satisfy his clients wants and needs. He exemplifies a strong work ethic and puts forth the utmost effort in every real estate transaction, whether it be buying or selling. During his free time you can find Tyler with family and friends at the beach or on a golf course. Local Real Estate Specialist with the client in mind. Rachel has an extensive background that has provided her with strong skill sets to provide top quality assistance to both buyers and sellers. She studied biology and biotechnology obtaining a master's degree in those fields. She has presented at numerous universities, published research, firefighter volunteer since 2013 in her community, and is an avid equestrian. Real estate provided her with another avenue to use her skills to cater to a diverse group of clients and their needs in the real estate market for the Northern New Jersey areas. Rachel has experience in luxury estates, equestrian/farm properties, residential properties, first time home buyers, and beyond.
